Delivery Area

Orders from the online shop can be delivered to EU countries. Additional countries will be listed on the website during the ordering process.

Delivery Time

microgreenbox delivers to any address within the EU, either via freight forwarding or parcel service. For freight deliveries, the terms and conditions of the contracted freight company apply. microgreenbox will send at least one written request to the email address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data; microgreenbox is not obligated to conduct research. Small shipments are delivered to the customer via parcel service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, delivery takes between 3-14 business days, with Saturdays not considered business days. For parcel deliveries, it is not possible to select a delivery date or time window during the ordering process.

The prices listed by microgreenbox are gross sales prices, including the statutory VAT.
